摘要
本文以核电管道中压水堆一回路安全端焊接接头为例,借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS对焊接接头力学性能不均匀性表征方式对裂尖力学参量的影响进行了计算分析。结果表明,利用连续变化材料力学表达方法能比较准确地反映出焊接接头不同区域断裂力学参量的变化。这种方法为进一步精确分析含裂纹焊接接头断裂问题提供了依据。
In this paper, the influence of the mechanical properties of the welded joint in the nuclear power pipeline on the mechanical parameters of the crack tip is analyzed by means of the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that the mechanical parameters of continuous change material can accurately reflect the change of fracture mechanics parameters in different areas of welded joints. This method provides a basis for further accurate analysis of fracture problems with cracked welded joints.
