摘要
目的实验课题主要探究在浅表器官疾病中应用超声引导下穿刺活检进行诊断的价值。方法实验范围限定在2015年3月-2017年3月收治的96例浅表器官疾病患者,分为实验组和对照组各48例,实验组浅表器官疾病患者采用超声引导下穿刺活检进行检查,对照组患者采用触诊法引导下穿刺活检进行检查,对两组诊断的准确率以及一次性穿刺成功率进行对比。结果实验组患者诊断的准确率为95.83%,对照组患者诊断的准确率为79.16%,实验组的准确率高于对照组的准确率,两组对比有明显差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;实验组患者一次性穿刺成功率为97.91%,明显高于对照组一次性穿刺成功率81.25%,具有差异,统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论对浅表器官疾病采用超声引导下穿刺活检进行检查,准确率和一次性穿刺成功率较高,值得推广。
Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the value of ultrasound-guided biopsy in superficial organ diseases. Methods This experiment is limited in our hospital admitted during March 2015-2017 year in March 96 cases of superficial organ diseases were divided into experimental group and control group with 48 cases in each group,the experimental group of patients with superficial organ diseases by ultrasound guided biopsy were examined,the control group were treated by palpation guided biopsy of law check the accuracy of diagnosis of two groups were compared and the one-time success rate of puncture. Results The accuracy rate of diagnosis for 95. 83% patients in the experimental group,the control group of patients with a diagnosis accuracy rate is 79. 16%,the accuracy rate of experimental group is higher than the accuracy rate of the control group,there was a obvious difference between the two groups,P 〈0. 05,with statistical significance; the success rate of one-time puncture of patients in the experimental group was97. 91%,significantly higher than the control group disposable puncture success the rate of 81. 25%,with significant difference（P 〈0. 05） was established. Conclusions Ultrasound guided biopsy for superficial organ diseases is accurate,and the success rate of one-time puncture is higher. It is worth popularizing.
