探讨核磁共振结合3D打印技术在评估膝关节软骨缺损中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价核磁共振结合3D打印技术在评估膝关节软骨缺损中的应用价值。方法收集50例经核磁共振平扫并行关节镜手术确诊为膝关节软骨损伤病人的原始DICOM数据,通过3D打印技术制作1:1的实物模型,然后在模型上精确估算软骨的缺损部位及面积,并与关节镜比较,评价模型的精确度。结果全部病例经关节镜手术证实,核磁共振结合3D打印技术能够直观、清晰、准确地显示关节软骨缺损的部位以及缺损面积。结论核磁共振结合3D打印技术制作逼真的三维模型能够直观、准确地显示膝关节软骨的缺损部位及面积,有利于临床医生在术前对疾病进行详细评估,为临床治疗提供可靠依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the application value of nuclear magnetic resonance combined with 3D printing technology in the evaluation of knee cartilage defects. Methods The original DICOM data of 50 patients with knee cartilage defects diagnosed by MRI and parallel arthroscopy were collected. The 1∶1 physical model was made by 3D printing technique. Then the defect site and area of cartilage were accurately estimated and compared with arthroscopy,Evaluate the accuracy of the model. Results All cases were confirmed by arthroscopic surgery. Nuclear magnetic resonance combined with 3D printing technique could visualize,clearly and accurately show the location of the articular cartilage defect and the defect area. Conclusions The three-dimensional model obtained from 3D printing technology based on the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Image Data can intuitively and accurately show the defect site and area of knee cartilage. It is helpful for the clinician to evaluate preoperative diseases and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment. It has a very practical clinical value.
