摘要 目的通过两种糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)检测系统与国际临床化学与检验医学联合会(IFCC)推荐的参考方法,即高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱分析法(HPLC-ESI/MS)进行比对,了解不同检测系统的正确度。方法 40例新鲜人血液样本分别使用参考方法、两种HbA1C检测系统进行平行测定,其结果进行线性回归和偏倚分析,评价两种HbA1C检测系统的正确度。结果东曹和迈克的HbA1C检测系统与参考方法的线性回归和偏移分析结果均可接受,表现出较好的正确度。结论离子交换高效液相色谱法和免疫法作为临床实验室常用的HbA1C检测方法,既快速又准确,可以确保病人样本检测结果准确可靠。 Objective The accuracies of different analytic systems were studied by comparing the two glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c )analytic systems with the reference method of high performance liquid chromatography- electrospray ionization/mass spectrometry ( HPLCESI/MS ). Methods 40 fresh human serum samples were measured in parallel by reference method and two nbmlc analytic systems simultaneously. The results were analyzed by linear regression and bias analysis, and the accuracies of the two analytic systems were evaluated. Results The results of linear regression and bias analysis for Tosoh and Maccura HbA1c analytic system with the reference method were both acceptable, and also showed good accuracy. Conclusion Ion exchange HPLC and immunology as the HbA1c routine methods in clinical laboratories are fast and accurate, which can ensure that the test results of patient's sample are accurate and reliable.
