摘要
目的检测Sox2、Ep CAM在三阴乳腺癌及其癌症转移灶中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的30例发生癌症转移的三阴乳腺癌患者,作为观察组。并选取同期的非三阴乳腺癌患者30例作为对照组,对观察组和对照组癌症原发灶及转移灶进行Sox2、Ep CAM的表达分析。结果观察组30例三阴乳腺癌中,TNM分期越高,Sox2的表达越高,Ⅲ期阳性率显著高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ep CAM的表达差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);组织学分级越高,Sox2、Ep CAM的表达也越高,Ⅲ级阳性率显著高于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Sox2在观察组转移灶的阳性表达率(93.3%)高于原发灶(70.0%),且显著高于对照组(43.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ep CAM在观察组转移灶中的阳性表达率(86.7%)与原发灶(80.0%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组(53.3%)相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在三阴乳腺癌中SOX2、Ep CAM蛋白均呈高表达,可作为临床检测三阴乳腺癌的一个参考指标,且在转移灶中显著表达,也可作为癌症转移的辅助诊断指标。
Objective To detect the expression of Sox2 and EpCAM in triple negative breast cancer and their metastatic tumors, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 30 patients with triple negative breast cancer who underwent cancer metastasis from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group. 30 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer were selected as the control group. The expression of Sox2 and EpCAM in the primary and metastatic lesions of the control group and the observation group were analyzed. Results In the observation group of 30 cases of three female breast cancer, the higher the TNM staging, the higher the expression of Sox2, positive rate of 11I period was significantly higher than that of I period and 1I period ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the expression of EpCAM has no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). The higher histological grade, the higher the expression of the Sox2 and EpCAM, positive rate of 11 level was significantly higher than that of I level and II level ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive expression rate of Sox2 in the observation group was higher than that in the primary tumor(70.0% ), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (43.3 % ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive expression rate of EpCAM was no significant difference between the positive expression rate( 86.7% )and the primary tumor (80.0%)( P 〉 0.05 ), compared with the control group ( 53.3 % ), the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In triple negative breast cancer, SOX2 and EpCAM protein are all highly expressed, which can be used as a reference index for clinical detection of triple negative breast cancer, and are significantly expressed in metastases. They can also be used as auxiliary diagnostic indicators of cancer metastasis.
