摘要
对比40多年来世界纺织纤维品种、产量的变化及其发展趋势;将纤维分为植物纤维、动物纤维、再生纤维素纤维、蛋白质再生纤维几大类,并阐明其用途;重点阐述差别化纤维、功能性纤维、纳米复合纤维和石墨烯纤维等高性能纤维的主要性能及应用领域。指出:纤维特性是影响纺纱生产的第一要素,应据此设定工艺流程、机械、器材专件及生产环境;化纤增长率大于天然纤维、化纤长丝超过短纤,绿色纤维、生态纤维是发展方向,应重点开发再生性纤维、差别化纤维及功能性、高性能纤维,引导开发超天然纤维,深化纺织纤维在新兴产业中的应用。
Comparison is done to the changes and development of fiber varieties and the yield in the world range ever since 40 years.Fiber varieties can be categorized as plant fiber,animal fiber,regenerated cellulose fiber and protein fiber and their purposes are classified. Highlight is given to high performance fibers regarding the main properties and the application including differential fiber, functional fiber,nanocomposite fiber,graphene fiber.It is pointed out that the first important to the spinning production is the fiber characteristics, and the process, machinery,accessories and production environment should be setup according to the characteristics; growth rate of chemical fiber is greater than that of the natural fiber and that of chemical fiber filament greater than that of flocks.Ecological fiber is the direction of fiber development.More effort should be tried on the development of high performance fiber including renewable fiber, differential fiber and functional fiber, and more, the development of super natural fiber should be directed and the new application of textile fiber in the emerging industry should be extended.
