摘要
帕金森病为本虚标实之证,肝肾亏虚是发病之本,风、痰、火、瘀、毒为致病之标。马云枝教授主张早期注重中药的调理,以滋水涵木法论治;中期强调中西医结合疗法,以逐瘀通络、活血止颤为治则,善用血府逐瘀汤为主方加减,同时服用小剂量盐酸普拉克索、多巴丝肼片、盐酸苯海索片、金刚烷胺等药物;晚期多途径治疗,以补肾为主,并辅以平肝熄风、化痰活血。
Parkinson＇s disease（PD） is a syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Deficiency of liver and kidney is the root cause. Wind,phlegm,fire,blood stasis and toxin are the superficiality. Prof. MA advocates emphasizing herb regulation in the early stage,treating by nourishing liver and kidney method. Integration of Chinese and western medicine therapeutic method is emphasized in the middle stage,with the treatment principle of eliminating blood stasis,dredging collaterals,promoting blood circulation and relieving tremor. Prof. MA is good at applying modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,with low-dose oral praxol hydrochloride,dobutylhydrazine tablets,benzeneisol hydrochloride tablets and amantadine. In the late stage,multipath therapy is used,mainly tonifying kidney,with calming the liver to stop the wind,dissipating phlegm and promoting blood circulation.
