摘要
头孢拉定是临床常用的抗生素,有90%左右以原形排出体外,本文提出用双波长分光光度法测定尿液中头孢拉定含量,有效地消除了尿液干扰,方法简便,结果良好。
A double wavelength spectrophotometry method is described for the determination of cephradine in urine. The interferes of urine is eliminated by this method.
