摘要
【目的】重金属镉及其化合物对人体有一定的毒性。研究吸附材料对农业环境水样中重金属镉离子的分离富集性能,为对农业用水的水质进行监测提供参考。【方法】从工作液酸度、上柱流速、洗脱剂流速等方面研究了中孔分子筛Ti-MCM-48材料对农业环境水样中痕量重金属镉离子的分离富集性能。【结果】在pH为6.0时镉离子被吸附完全,再用5mL 1.0mol/L HCl洗脱可达到分离富集的效果。【结论】方法应用于农村环境水样中痕量Cd^(2+)的测定,镉单项指标符合国家Ⅰ类水质标准,加标回收率在93.52%~106.21%之间;桂林农村环境水中镉含量较低,用于生活饮用、灌溉农作物的镉风险较低。
[ Objective ] Since heavy metal cadmium and its compounds have certain toxicity to human body,it becomes a desirable aim to study properties of adsorption material on separating and enriching the heavy metal cadmium ions in agricultural environmental water samples, shedding some light on monitoring. [ Method ] In terms of solution acidity, upper column flow rate and eluent flow rate, studied are properties of mesoporous molecular sieve Ti-MCM-48 on separating and enriching the trace heavy metal cadmium ions in agricultural environmental water samples. [ Result ] Cadmium ions are adsorbed completely at pH 6. 0, and the effect of separation and enrichment could be achieved by eluting with 5mL 1.0mol/L HCl. [ Conclusion ] When this method is applied to the determination of trace Cd2+ in rural environmental water samples, single indicator of cadmium meets the national water quality standard ( Grade I), with recovery rate between 93.52%- 106.21%; content of cadmium in the rural water in Guilin is relatively low, therefore drinking and crops irrigation are rather safe from cadmium risk.
