摘要
【目的】对节瓜新品种的营养品质进行分析,为高品质节瓜品种的选育提供有关依据。【方法】利用8个节瓜杂种对5个营养品质性状的遗传变异和遗传相关进行了研究,采用亨特法、2,6-二氯酚靛酚滴定、NaOH滴定法、蒽酮法、考马斯亮蓝染色法记录和测定8个节瓜和小冬瓜品种果肉颜色、可溶性总糖、维生素C、可溶性蛋白质和可滴定酸5个品质性状。【结果】a值与可溶性总糖、a值与糖酸比的遗传相关系数分别为-0.9026**,-0.6800**。【结论】糖酸比与a值为极显著负相关,通过果肉颜色朝绿色方向选育实现高糖酸比的品质育种目标是可行的;维生素C与可溶性蛋白质之间为显著负相关,可滴定酸与可溶性蛋白质之间为显著负相关,因此节瓜营养品质育种中力求各种营养成分同步提高是较难实现的育种目标。
[ Objective ] It aims to shed light on the selection of high quality chieh-qua by analyzing nutritional quality of new varieties. [ Method ] Research is conducted on genetic diversity and correlation of five nutritional quality traits (flesh color, total soluble sugar, vitamin C, soluble protein and titratable acid) of eight chieh-qua & small white gourd hybrids. The five nutritional quality traits are recorded and measured by adopting Hunt's method, 2,6-diohloroindophenol titration, NaOH titration, Anthrone method and Coomassie brilliant? blue? staining. [ Result ] Genetic correlation coefficients of a-value & total soluble sugar and a-value & sugar-acid ratio are -0.9026 * * ,-0.6800 * * respectively. [ Conclusion ] It is viable to bread chieh-qua varieties of high sugar-acid ratio with flesh color turning green, because the correlation between sugar-acid ratio and a-value is significantly negative. The negative correlations of vitamin C & soluble protein and titratable acid & soluble protein are also significant, so it is rather hard to achieve the breeding objective of improving all nutritional ingredients of chieh-qua.
