摘要
本文选择难治性癫痫患者为对象,用高效液相色谱法测定了该类患者体内苯妥英钠的血药浓度,并按照非线性药物的剂量调整方法制定了给药方案,取得满意疗效。本法灵敏度高、迅速、准确稳定。
The serum concentration of phenytion is determined in intractable epilepticby high performance liquid chromatography. The dosage is adjusted according tononlinear pharmacokinetics. The result is satisfied. This method is accurate, rapid,stable and highly sensitive.
