摘要
目的观察胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病并发快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法将78例冠心病并发快速心律失常患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组患者给予盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,观察组患者给予盐酸胺碘酮片联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、心电图、血压及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为94.9%高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者HR、PVC次数及PAC次数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后SBP和DBP比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合给药具有协同作用,对冠心病并发快速心律失常患者具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmias. Methods 78 patients with coronary heart disease and tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 39） and control group（ n = 39）. The patients in control group were treated with amiodarone hydrochloride tablets,and the patients in observation group were treated with amiodarone hydrochloride tablets combination with metoprolol tartrate. The clinical efficacy,ECG,blood pressure and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94. 9% higher than 66. 7% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the HR,the number of PVC and the number of PAC were lower in two groups before treatment than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between two groups before and after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Combined administration of amiodarone and metoprolol has a synergistic effect,which has a good therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with rapid arrhythmia.
