摘要
目的观察急性胰腺炎患者给予大黄及新斯的明足三里穴位注射辅助治疗后肠功能改变情况。方法随机选择我科治疗的40例急性胰腺炎(AP)患者,住院时间自2016年1月~2017年5月,并随机分为2组:对照组、实验组各20例,两组均给予常规原则性治疗,包括禁食、抑酸、抑酶、补液及预防性抗炎等,但实验组加用大黄及新斯的明足三里穴位注射辅助通便治疗,并记录肠道功能变化情况及辅助治疗前后相关炎性因子水平的改变。结果 2组相比,实验组患者不仅肠道功能恢复时间较短,疗效更好,且治疗前后相关炎性指标改善显著。结论急性胰腺炎患者应用大黄及新斯的明足三里穴位注射辅助治疗后肠道功能改善明显,能够有效提高治愈率及减轻体内炎症反应。
Objective To observe the effct of rheum join neostigrnine Zusanli acupoint injecton in the recover of intestinal function in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 40 patients with AP were selected in our department from January 2016 to May 2017 ,all patients were randomly divided into two groups ：20 in the control group and 20 in the experimental group. All pa- tients were given convential western medicine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of convential treatment combined with rhu- barb defecate and neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injecton. The record of two groups of the intestinal function, the level of inflammatory factors were measured before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the two groups, the experimental group not only had shorter bowel function, but also had better efficacy, and the relative inflammatory markers were significantly improved Conclusion Rheum joint neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injecton can significantly improve intestinal function, and effectively improve the cur rate and reduce inflammation in the body.
