摘要
本文对紫外分光光度法测定血浆中苯妥英钠方法进行了改进,使其更加简单、快速和实用化,并且结果可靠,重复性好,较好地适应了临床药物监测和体内药物动力学研究的需要。
This paper describes an imptoved methood for determining the concentrationof diphention (DPH-Na) in human blood plasma by ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotomtry. To compare those old ones, it is more convenient, rapid and practical.The method has also wide linear range, good reproductibility and satisfactoryresults and meets well the requirements of clinical drug monitoring andpharmacokinetical reseatch.
