原发性进行性冻结步态1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 原发性进行性冻结步态（primary progressive freezing gait,PPFG）多发生于老年人,被认为是一种独立的神经系统疾病,以步态冻结为主要临床表现,常伴不同程度的姿势不稳,一般在5a内进展为无法独立行走,常需轮椅协助[1]。近年来随着对PPFG认识的加深,临床病例报告数量逐渐增多。本文报告1例拟诊为PPFG的病例并复习文献,
