摘要
本文以防爆铲运机举升大臂为研究对象,针对举升大臂在工作时的共振问题,采用有限元模态分析的方法,在ANSYS Workbench中建立了举升大臂的三维模型;根据约束和载荷特性,建立了有限元分析模型;进行了ANSYS有限元模态分析,得到了举升大臂前6阶固有频率及振型,对比分析柴油机和地面振动激励频率与举升大臂各阶固有频率数据可知,举升大臂在怠速和行驶时都不会产生共振。
In this paper, the lifting arm of explosion-proof scraper is studied, and the three-dimensional model of lifting arm is established in ANSYS Workbench in response to the resonance problem of lifting arm at work. The finite Element analysis model is established according to the constraint and load characteristics of the lifting arm. The natural frequencies and modes of the first 6 steps of the lifting arm are obtained by ANSYS Workbench finite element modal analysis. A comparative analysis between the natural frequency data of the diesel engine and the ground vibration excitation frequency of the lifting arm shows that the lifting arm is not resonant neither at idle and nor in drive.
