摘要
为了研究影响地区城镇化的差异性,利用2000-2015年中国省域面板数据,构建了区域产业结构水平、人力资本积累与地区城镇化的计量分析模型,分析各变量影响地区城镇化的关联性及其作用机理。研究发现:(1)产业结构水平ins、人力资本积累hm对城镇化提升有正向的影响,而产业结构优化水平ins和人力资本积累hm的交互作用并不能显著地提高城镇化水平;(2)人力资本积累hm的平方项对城镇化的影响存在U型结构,且通过了1%显著性水平检验,表明前期随着人力资本的上升,其对城镇化的影响是单调递减的;当跨越一定阶段后,城镇化lnurban会随着人力资本积累的上升而上升;(3)中国产业结构的分布特征和人力资本情况在各个地区存在很大的差异性,中部地区人力资本的提升可以显著地提高该地区城镇化水平,而在西部地区通过优化产业结构的措施可以明显地提升该地区城镇化。
In order to study the differences of regional urbanization,this paper constructs the regional industrial structure level,the human capital accumulation and the Urbanization model of the regional urbanization by using the panel data of all the provinces in China from 2000 to 2015,and analyzes the relationship and its running mechanism of urbanization in the affected regions. The results show that：（ 1） the level of industrial structure ins,human capital accumulation hm have a positive effect on urbanization promotion,and the interaction between industrial structure optimization level and human capital accumulation hm can not significantly improve the urbanization level：（ 2） there exist a U-shaped structure in the influence of human capital accumulation hm on the urbanization,and through the 1% significance level test,indicating that,at the early stage,with the rise in human capital,its impact on urbanization is monotonically decreasing： but after a certain period of time,urbanization lnurban will rise with the rise of human capital accumulation：（ 3） there are great differences in the distribution characteristics of China＇s industrial structure and the situation of human capital in various regions： in the central regions,the human capital can significantly improve the level of urbanization,and in the western regions,only by some optimization measures of industrial structure can the urbanization be significantly enhanced.
