摘要
可行性研究报告是企业投资项目科学决策的重要依据,在提升企业决策水平、提高企业信息化建设效益、加强企业项目管理等方面发挥了积极作用。文中对信息化项目可行性研究报告中存在的问题进行了探讨,对可行性研究的全过程进行了分析,结合项目管理相关知识,提出了优化信息化项目可行性研究报告质量的措施及建议,提升信息化项目可行性研究报告质量,服务电力电网智能化、信息化建设、切实提升企业效益。
Feasibility study report is an important basis for scientific decision-making of enterprise investment projects.It plays a positive role in improving enterprise＇s decision-making level,improving enterprise informatization construction efficiency and strengthening enterprise project management.This paper discussed the problems in the feasibility study report of the information project,and analyzed the whole process of the feasibility study.Combined with relevant knowledge of project management,measures and suggestions for optimizing the quality of information project feasibility study report were put forward,so as to improve the quality of information project feasibility study report,serve the intellectualization and informatization construction of power grid,and effectively enhance enterprise efficiency.
