摘要
随着我国国民经济的快速发展,我国化工行业也在快速发展,但是在发展的过程中压缩机早期断裂的状况时有发生,出现这种问题的主要原因是由于油气的压力过大,加上压缩机活塞杆长期使用造成失效的原因致使的。活塞杆的使用和质量是整个化工项目的关键部分,轻则出现使用疲劳问题,重则发生重大事故。因此,针对这种状况,如果能做到早期发现并制止就是最好的解决方法。针对压缩机活塞杆的使用原理及使用寿命知识,以期通过分析研究解决我国化工行业的压缩机活塞杆早期疲劳断裂问题,为其提出了有效的预防措施。也对压缩机活塞杆的使用方法及研究提供了重要的指导建议。
