摘要
采用正交实验研究了浇注温度、压力、保压时间对抗拉强度、硬度、伸长率影响的显著性。结果表明,挤压铸造参数对力学性能影响的显著性依次为压力、浇注温度、保压时间。
The effects of pouring temperature, pressure and holding time on tensile strength, hardness and elongation were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the influence factors of squeeze casting parameters on mechanical properties is the pressure, pouring temperature and holding time.
