摘要
针对某钢厂生产的汽车大梁钢的工艺流程(BOF→LF精炼→连铸),分析了各工序以及铸坯中T[O]、T[N]和显微夹杂物的类型、来源、数量及组成。结果表明,稳态铸坯中T[O]=25×10^(-6),T[N]=27×10^(-6),显微夹杂的数量为7个/mm^2,显微夹杂类型主要有:CaS-Al_2O_3类夹杂、Al_2O_3类夹杂、CaO-Al_2O_3类夹杂;粒度分别在4~10μm、1~10μm、1~100μm之间,含量分别为60%、35%、5%。
The type, source, quantity arid composition of T [O], T [N] and micro-inclusions in each process and slab were analyzed according to the technological process of automobile beam steel produced by a steel plant (BOF, LF refining and continuous casting). The results show that the steady state slab of T [O]=25 ×10^-6, T [N]=27 ×10^-6, the number of micro-inclusions is 7 mm^-2, micro-inclusion types mainly include CaS-Al2O3, Al2O3 and CaO-Al2O3 inclusions. The inclusions sizes are between 4-10μm, 1-10μm, 1-100 μm, and the content are 60%, 35%, 5%, respectively.
