摘要
脉见大、浮、数、动、滑,为阳脉,而脉见沉、涩、弱、弦、微,为阴脉,阳主生,阴主死。阴病见阳脉提示阴气虽盛,但阳气来复,故曰生;阳病见阴脉提示阳浮而阴气内盛,故曰死。故从脉诊中来区别阴阳,综合全身证候以进行辨证,了解阴阳的消长,可以判断邪正的盛衰,从而决定病机的发展趋势以及疾病的预后。以脉测证,脉证合参,可知疾病的病理机转。阴平阳秘、正气强胜、胃气充盛、营卫和谐、人体与外界自然以及脏腑内外升降平衡协调则身体强健无病,即使患病也易治愈,反之则病进预后不良。
Large pulse,floating pulse,rapid pulse,moving pulse,and slippery pulse belong to yang pulse,while sinking pulse,unsmooth pulse,weal pulse,string-like pulse and slight pulse belong to yang pulse. Yang controls life and yin controls death. If yin disease seen in yang pulse,it indicates that though yin qi is excessive,yang qi may come back,so there is chance for the patient to live on. If yang disease seen in yin pulse,it indicates that yang qi floats and yin qi is excessive,so the patient may die.As a result,Distinguishing yin from yang according to pulse condition,carrying out comprehensive systemic syndrome differentiation,understanding wax and wane of yin and yang can judge excess and deficiency of genuine qi and pathogenic qi,which determines the development trend of the pathogenesis and prognosis of the disease. Syndrome is judged according to pulse condition,marking a diagnosis according to both pulse condition and syndrome manifestation can help people know the pathological change of disease. Balance of yin and Yang,powerfully genuine qi,sufficient stomach qi,harmonious yingyi and weiqi,balance between human body and nature,harmony between interior and exterior ascending and descending of viscera can guarantee good health,even a person becomes ill,it is easy for him to recover. On the contrary,the disease usually has a poor prognosis. Learning,sorting,inducing and summarizing Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases·Method of Differentiating Pulse·Method of Regulating Pulse,has outstanding significance of inheriting and mastering Zhang Zhong-jing＇s pulse theory and guiding the clinical application.
