摘要
采用不同的模锻温度,对机械转子叶片进行了锻压成形,并进行了热疲劳和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与910℃始锻相比,试样在970℃始锻时的主裂纹平均深度、主裂纹平均宽度和磨损体积分别减小了35%,37%和40%;与780℃终锻相比,试样在820℃终锻时的主裂纹平均深度、主裂纹平均宽度和磨损体积分别减小了38%,40%和43%。随始锻温度从910℃升高至1010℃或终锻温度从780℃升高至860℃,机械转子叶片的热疲劳性能和耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。机械转子叶片的模锻温度优化参数为:始锻温度970℃和终锻温度820℃。
Mechanical rotor blades were forged under different die forging temperatures,and the thermal fatigue property and wear resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with the initial forging temperature of 910 ℃,the average depth and average width of main crack,and wear volume of the sample decrease by 35 %,37 % and 40 % respectively at the initial forging temperature of 970 ℃. Compared with the final forging temperature of 780 ℃,the average depth and average width of main crack,and wear volume of the sample decrease by 38 %,40 % and 43 % respectively at the final forging temperature of 820 ℃. With the initial forging temperature increasing from 910 ℃ to 1010 ℃,or the final forging temperature increasing from 780 ℃ to 860 ℃,the thermal fatigue property and wear resistance of mechanical rotor blade first increase and then decrease. The optimization parameters of die forging temperature for mechanical rotor blade are initial forging temperature of 970 ℃ and final forging temperature of 820 ℃.
