摘要
在高温高压水层的地层中钻进时,高达100~200摄氏度的温泉水蒸气直接可以伤人,防溢防喷旋转钻进就成了施工必备的措施之一,密封安全可靠,使用寿命长,维护维修方便是钻井工艺对现场防喷旋转密封头的要求。本文针对防溢旋转密封问题,在施工中总结出了对维修与技改的技术方案与应用。
The hot spring water vapor of 100-200 degrees Celsius can directly hurt people when drill in the stratums of high temperature and high pressure. The spill-proof blowout rotary drilling has become one of the indispensable measures in construction, which is safe and reliable in sealing, and has long service life. Convenient maintenance is the requirement for the spill-proof blowout rotating seal head during the drilling process. In this paper, focusing on the problem of spill-proof blowout rotating, the technical scheme and application of maintenance and technical reform are summarized in the construction.
