C110油管残余应力测试方法研究

摘要 为了找到适合油管残余应力测试的方法,采用环切法、钻孔法和X射线衍射法对C110油管残余应力的测量进行对比研究。结果显示,环切法测得油管不同部位的残余应力均为拉应力,油管中间的环切残余应力为226 MPa,较现场端和工厂端高出26.7%;钻孔法测得油管不同部位残余应力以拉应力为主,且中间残余应力高于现场端和工厂端;X射线衍射法测得油管不同部位的残余应力均为压应力。研究结果表明,环切法可定量分析油管的环向残余应力,钻孔法和X射线衍射法可定性分析油管的环向和轴向残余应力。 In order to find the method suited tubing residual stress test,the residual stress of C110 tubing was compared by loop cutting method,drilling method and X-ray diffraction method.The results showed that the residual stress of different part tested by loop cutting method were all tensile stress,the residual stress in the middle of tubing was 226 MPa and 26.7% higher than that of field end and factory end; the residual stress of different part tested by drilling method were mainly tensile stress,and the residual stress of middle was higher than field end and factory end; the residual stress of different part tested by X-ray diffraction method were all compressive stress.It was pointed out that the loop cutting method could be used to quantitatively analyze the circumferential residual stress of tubing,the drilling method and X-ray diffraction method could qualitatively analyze the circumferential and axial residual stress of tubing.
