摘要
美国眼科临床指南(Preferred Practice Pattern,PPP)是美国眼科学会定期组织专家在广泛审阅发表文献的基础上所编制的眼科诊疗指南,是目前国际公认的权威眼科诊疗指南。白内障手术的最新PPP《成人白内障手术》于2016年发布,内容涵盖了成人白内障手术相关各个方面的诊疗常规和最新进展。我们组织了我院从事白内障和晶状体疾病经验丰富的专家组成员,立足国内实际,对这一新版PPP进行深入解读,帮助国内医师充分理解和切实应用。我们的PPP解读已获人民卫生出版社的立项支持,初稿现已完成。本文介绍了我们进行PPP解读的出发点、解读的具体内容,并与读者提前分享若干PPP重要更新的解读要点。
The Preferred Practice Pattern （PPP） is the guideline of ophthalmology established by the American Academy of Ophthalmology （AAO） on the basis of regular extensive review on up-to-date publications by authoritative experts in United States. It is currently recognized internationally as the authoritative ophthalmology guideline. The latest PPP of ＂Cataract in the Adult Eye＂ was released in 2016. It covers all aspects of the diagnosis and treatment about adult cataract surgery and the latest progress. We organized our expert group in Shanghai Eye Ear Nose and Throat Hospital of Fudan University, which is experienced in cataract and lens diseases, for the interpretation of the PPP of ＂Cataract in the Adult Eye＂ （2016）. Based on the domestic clinical conditions, we performed deep interpretation of this new version of PPP to help domestic doctors fully understand and apply it in clinic. Our PPP interpretation has been supported by the People ＂s Health Press, and the draft has been completed. This article introduces the purpose and the contents of our interpretation on PPP, and shares some key points of our interpretation on several important updates of PPP.
