摘要
目的探讨手法穴位按摩联合冰敷加芦荟外敷治疗早期乳痈的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年5月收治的早期乳痈患者68例,随机分为干预组(手法穴位按摩+冰敷+芦荟外敷)和常规组(芒硝+热水外敷)各34例。比较两组患者的疗效。结果干预组的治疗有效率为97.06%,显著高于常规组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法穴位按摩联合冰敷加芦荟外敷治疗早期乳痈可显著改善患者的症状,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with ice compress and aloe external application in the treatment of early mastitis. Methods 68 cases of patients with early mastitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group （acupoint massage ＋ ice compress ＋ aloe external application） and conventional group （mirabilite ＋ hot water external application）, with 34 cases in each group. The curative effect of patients was compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment of intervention group was 97.06%, significantly higher than 76.47% of conventional group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Acupoint massage combined with ice compress and aloe external application in the treatment of early mastitis can improve patients＇ symptoms and clinical curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
