摘要
目的探讨康妇消炎栓联合盐酸左氧氟沙星片和金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2012年4月—2016年2月十堰市太和医院妇科收治的慢性盆腔炎患者198例作为研究对象,依据随机数据表法将所有患者分为对照组(101例)和治疗组(97例)。对照组口服盐酸左氧氟沙星片,0.2 g/次,3次/d;同时口服金刚藤胶囊,2.0 g/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上晚间直肠给予康妇消炎栓,1粒/次,1次/d。两组患者均治疗14 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、包块直径、盆腔积液深度和T淋巴细胞亚群(CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(8+)和CD^(4+)/CD^(8+))水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为90.10%、96.91%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分、包块直径和盆腔积液深度均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)和CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平均显著上升,CD8+水平均显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓联合盐酸左氧氟沙星片和金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的临床疗效,可改善临床症状,调节免疫功能,安全性较好,具有一定临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets and Jingangteng Capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease. Methods Patients（198 cases） with chronic pelvic inflammation disease in Shiyan Taihe Hospital from April 2012 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the control group（101 cases） and the treatment group（97 cases）. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. And patients in the control group were also po administered with Jingangteng Capsules, 2.0 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were rectal administered with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository at bedtime on the basis of the control group, 1 grain/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and VAS score, mass diameter, depth of pelvic effusion, and T lymphocyte subsets（CD^（3＋）, CD^（4＋）, CD^（8＋）, and CD^（4＋）/CD^（8＋）） levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 90.10% and 96.91%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, VAS score, mass diameter, and depth of pelvic effusion in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of CD^（3＋）, CD^（4＋）, and CD^（4＋）/CD^（8＋） in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of CD^（8＋） in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets and Jingangteng Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate immune function, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
