摘要
利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、透射电镜(TEM)和EBSD,研究自制的X2A66合金均匀化处理过程中主要合金元素分布和显微组织演化。结果表明:合金经均匀化处理能够有效消减枝晶偏析组织,大部分非平衡共晶相以及金属间化合物溶解到基体中,试验结果与均匀化动力学分析计算结果一致;此外,双级均匀化处理能够有效地诱导Al_3Zr粒子均匀析出,在后续处理过程中降低合金的再结晶程度,提高合金的力学性能。
The microsttucture evolution of the X2A66 alloy during homogenization was investigated with the help of the opticalmicroscopy (OM) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) , electron backscatteringdiffraction (EBSD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the dendriles segregation is reduced andmost of the nonequilibrium eutectic phase and intermetallics dissolve into e (AI) matrix with the homogenization treatmentparameter optimization. The results of iiomogenization can he described by homogenization kinetic analysis, which agree wellwith experimental observation. Moiover, the double-stage homogenization can improve the precipitation behavior of AIZrparticles, reduce the recrystallization degree and strengthen the mechanical properties of X2A66 alloy during the suhsequenttreatment process.
