摘要
多路温控系统面临对温度进行模数转换时保持一致性的挑战。设计了一种具有自标校功能的温度控制系统。采用两种温度传感器,以STM32F103作为主控MCU,设计对Pt100型温度传感器进行模数转换,使用I^2C协议直接读取ADT7420的温度数据。温度的自我标校使用PID脉宽调制方式进行,并通过串口通信与上位机进行原理性实验,实验结果表明该温控温度检测系统能够实现±0.2℃温度控制精度。
The challenge of a multiple-channel temperature control system is the data consistency from different temperature sensors. In this paper,a temperature control system with self-calibrated function is proposed. A STM32F103 microcontroller is employed, along with two types of temperature sensors which are Pt100 and ADT7420. The STM32F103 carries out A/D converting from Pt100 while reads digital data from ADT7420 via I^2C protocol. The self-calibration is implemented by PID and the communication with PC showed out satisfied results which achieved ±0.2℃ accuracy.
