摘要
职称是评价专业技术人员能力和水平的重要手段,在激励专业技术人员积极性和创造性,促进专业技术人员能力发展,合理配置医院人力资源,发挥政策导向等方面有着重要的意义。我院作为一家老牌三甲医院及大学附属医院,自2006年起,以卫生专业技术高级职称申报为抓手,探索不同层次专业技术职务的评价标准。结合大学、省卫生计生委要求和医院实际,对卫生专业技术高级职称申报提出临床、论文、学术研究、教学方面的评价指标和要求。10余年的卫生专业技术高级职称申报改革,逐渐打造了一支医教研全面发展的高素质人才队伍。本文依据10余年卫生专业技术职务申报实践,回顾性分析了我院卫生专业技术高级职称的评审机制、指标、现状及存在的问题。
Professional title is an important approach of evaluating the ability and level of professionals. It plays an important role in stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity and promoting the development of professionals, allocating human resources rationally in the hospital and giving full play to the policy orientation. As a tertiary hospital and affiliated hospital with long history, our hospital explored the evaluation criteria of professional and technical positions at different levels starting from the declaration of senior professional titles of health professionals in 2006. Considering the requirements of universities and provincial health and family planning commission and the actual condition of the hospital, we put forward evaluation indexes and requirements in clinical practice, dissertation, academic research and teaching for the declaration of senior health professional titles. After more than 10 years of declaration reform of senior health professional titles, a group of high-quality talents with full development in clinical practice, teaching and research were developed. This article reviewed the system, indexes, situation and problems of senior health professional tile evaluation according to the practice of senior health professional title declaration of over 10 years.
