摘要
以过氧化氢(H_2O_2)为氧化剂、乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)为单体和过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,在超声波作用下采用接枝共聚法制得木薯淀粉基木材胶粘剂。研究结果表明:适宜的超声时间和超声功率可有效提高聚合物的接枝率和接枝效率;当超声功率为总功率的75%或25%时,前者所得胶粘剂的干、湿压缩剪切强度比后者分别提高了71.2%、133.7%。超声处理前后,后者所得胶粘剂的稳定性更好、胶膜表面平整光滑度更佳;当超声时间为3h时,后者所得胶粘剂的干、湿剪切强度比前者分别提高了36.1%、18.0%。
With hydrogen peroxide (H202) as oxidant, vinyl acetate (VAc) as monomer and ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator, a cassava starch based wood adhesive was prepared by graft copolymerization under action of ultrasonic. The research results showed that the appropriate ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power could effectively improve the grafting rate and grafting efficiency of polymer, When ultrasonic powers were 75% or 25% in total powers, the dry and wet compression shear strengths of the adhesive prepared by the former were 71.2% and 133.7% respectively more than those of the adhesive prepared by the latter. Before and after ultrasonic treatment, the adhesive prepared by the latter had the better stability, and more smooth film surface. The dry and wet shear strengths of the adhesive prepared by the latter were 36.1% and 18.0% respectively more than those of the adhesive prepared by the former when ultrasonic time was 3 h.
