基于标准汤剂参比的炙甘草汤颗粒提取工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的制定体现经方炙甘草汤制药特点的现代炙甘草颗粒制剂的提取工艺,以充分保证炙甘草汤的有效性和安全性。方法以炙甘草汤标准汤剂为参比,以甘草酸、总多糖、总皂苷、浸膏率、乙醇可溶物、正丁醇可溶物为指标,采用正交实验法考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果采用加入20倍水,煎煮1次,煎煮时间为2h的方法既能较好的提取各指标成分,又能使各指标成分的组成比例与标准汤剂相近,各指标成分提取量是标准汤剂的1.55倍,变异系数RSD为3.40%。结论优选的提取工艺科学合理,组成与标准汤剂相同,能够体现经方炙甘草汤的作用性质,对炙甘草颗粒的生产具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To develop the modern extraction technology of Zhigancao granules by reflecting characteristics of pharmaceutical Zhigancao decoction,to fully guarantee the safety and efficacy of Zhigancao decoction.Methods With the standard decoction Zhigancao decoction were compared with glycyrrhizic acid,total polysaccharides,total saponins,extraction rate,ethanol dissoluble substances,N-butanol dissoluble substances as index,orthogonal experiment was performed to investigate the effects of added water,soaking time,decocting time and times of extraction.Results By adding 20 times of added water,extracting for once,each decoction for 2 hours.each index extraction quantity is 1.55 times of the standard decoction,the coefficient of variation was 3.40% RSD.Conclusion The optimal extraction process design is reasonable,stable and feasible.The composition is the same as the standard decoction,which can reflect the functional properties of Zhigancao decoction and has a certain guiding significance to develop the process for the production of Zhigancao granules.
