摘要
从来自加拿大的燕麦种子中分离到3株可疑真菌,经形态特征鉴定、分子生物学鉴定及致病性测定,确定截获的3株真菌均为大豆北方茎溃疡病病菌(Diaporthe phaseolorum var.caulivora)。这是我国口岸首次从进境的燕麦种子中截获该病菌。
Three fungal stains were isolated from importing oat seeds from Canada. By morphological char acteristics,molecular detection and pathogenicity test, all of these three isolates were identified as Diaporthe phaseolorum var.caulivora. It was the first time recorded in China that this quarantine disease was intercepted on oat seeds.
