摘要
Hedgehog信号通路在哺乳类动物的胚胎的发育和组织分化起重要作用,控制着细胞的生长与增殖。研究结果显示Hedgehog信号通路异常激活与多种恶性肿瘤的发生有密切关系,参与肿瘤增殖、迁移、血管生成、上皮-间充质转化(EMT)、肿瘤干细胞调控及肿瘤耐药性形成等。Hedgehog信号通路的研究将为甲状腺癌的综合治疗和靶向治疗开辟了新的途径,本文将近年来Hedgehog信号通路与甲状腺癌发生发展的研究进展进行综述。
Hedgehog signaling pathway plays an important role in embryonic development and tissue differentiation in mammals, determining the growth and proliferation of cells. Many studies have revealed that aberrant activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway is found in carcinogenesis, which are involved in tumor proliferation, migration, angiogenesis, epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT), cancer stem cell regulation and drug resistance. Thus, the studies of Hedgehog signaling pathway opens a new way for the multimodality therapy and targeted therapy of thyroid cancer. This review summarizes the relationship of Hedgehog signaling pathway and thyroid cancer.
