摘要
目的通过检测复方甘草酸苷注射液对急性期过敏性紫癜患儿外周血炎症因子IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17的影响,探讨其调节辅助性T淋巴细胞平衡的作用机制。方法收集于我院就诊的符合皮肤型过敏性紫癜的患儿60例,采用随机数字表法随机分为试验组及对照组,并选取同期就诊的正常儿童30例作为空白对照组,入院后当日及治疗10 d后分别采用抗凝管采集患儿外周静脉血,室温下离心,收集血浆1 ml装于保存-80℃冰箱备用,并采用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测外周血中炎症因子IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17的变化。结果过敏性紫癜患儿治疗前外周血中炎症因子IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17含量较空白组有明显增高,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后对照组及试验组IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17含量均有明显下降,试验组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷可能通过调节过敏性紫癜患儿的体内免疫平衡从而改善患儿的临床症状。
Objective To investigate the Helper T lymphocytes in balance mechanism of compound Glycyrrhizin injection on patient with Henoch-Sch5nlein purpura through detecting inflammatory factors including IFN-T, IL-4 and IL-17 in peripheral blood. Methods 60 cases of children with Henoch-SchSnlein purpura were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method. 30 cases of normal children were selected as blank control group at the same time. The day after admission and treatment after 10 days, selected peripheral venous blood with anticoagulant tubes, centrifugal at room temperature, collecting the plasma 1 ml preserving in - 80 ℃ refrigerator spare, and the double antibody clip art enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA ） was used to detect inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood including IFN-~/, IL-4 and IL-17. Results The levels of IFN-~/, IL-4 and IL-17 in peripheral blood were higher in children with Henoch-Sch^nlein purpura than children in blank control group, and the results were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The control group and experimental group after treatment were significantly lower, and the experimental group decreased more significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound Glyeyrrhizin Injection could improve the patient＇ s clinical symptoms by adjusting the immune balance in the body of children with Henoch-Schtinlein purpura.
