摘要
本文用反相HPLC法对盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的稳定性进行预测,在pH为4.00,25℃伫存时,其降解产物对氨基苯甲酸达到中国药典规定的1.2%的限度时间为2.5年。
The storage life of procaine hydrochlodide injection was studied by accelera-tive test with RP-HPLC.Stored at pH 4.00,25℃, it required 2.5 years that theconcentration of PABA got up to the limit (1.2%) specified in the Chinese Phar-macopeia.
