DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器在气象传输应用中常见故障分析

摘要 目前,地面气象台站新型观测设备不断增多,通信线路和软件系统也不断增加,导致气象观测数据传输应用上使用率较低,维护性较差。DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器通过光纤传输,能实现自动气象站灵活增加或减少观测设备,但是通过一段时间的业务运行,发现DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器还是出现了许多故障,严重影响气象数据的收集和传输。通过收集在实际业务工作中出现的故障现象信息,对DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器的安装及组成原理等方面进行分析,并举例说明常见故障问题的原因及给出相应解决方案。旨在为设备维护、故障排查提供参考,提高维护维修效率。 at present, the ground meteorological stations’ s new observation equipment is increasing, the communication lines and software system is also increasing, lead to meteorological observation data transmission application utilization rate is low, poor maintainability. DPZ1 type integrated hardware controller through the optical fiber transmission,the automatic weather station can realize flexible increasing or decreasing observation equipment, but after a period of business operation, found DPZ1 type integrated hardware controller still appeared a lot of trouble, serious influence of meteorological data collection and transmission. By collecting phenomenon of fault information in the actual operation, type of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller of installation and principle is analyzed, and illustrate with the problem of common failures and solutions are proposed. Aims to provide a reference for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, improve the efficiency of maintenance.
