乳腺癌经上臂植入中心静脉输液港25例临床研究 被引量:23

Report for 25 cases of the upper arm central venous port implantation in breast cancer patients

摘要 目的探讨经上臂植入中心静脉输液港的临床适应证及技术操作细则。方法回顾性分析北京大学第一医院乳腺疾病中心经上臂植入中心静脉输液港的25例乳腺癌病人临床资料,对照同期经颈内静脉植入中心静脉输液港的72例病例,分析经上臂植入中心静脉输液港的临床适应证及技术操作细则。结果共完成中心静脉输液港植入97例,其中经上臂植入中心静脉输液港25例,经颈内静脉植入中心静脉输液港72例。无失败病例,两组病人手术时间差异无统计学意义[35~55(42.8±4.8)min vs.35~50(42.4±4.6)min,t=0.342,P=0.733],短期并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(4.0%vs.4.1%,P=1.000)。结论在严格选择适应证人群,注意操作技术细则基础上,经上臂植入中心静脉输液港是一种安全的中心静脉输液港植入方法。 Objective To discuss the standard procedure and potential advantages in upper arm central venous (CV) port implantation. Methods Retrospectively analyze the results of upper arm CV port implantations performed in Peking University First Hospital Breast Disease Center to confirm the clinical utility and advantages of upper arm CV port implantation compared to internal vein CV port implantation. Results 97 CV port implantations were performed in Peking University First Hospital Breast Disease Center from January to October 2017. Procedural success and complication rates between internal vein (n=72) and upper arm (n=25) groups were compared. There is no significant difference in surgery time (t=0.342,P=0.733)and short-time complication(P=1.000) between the upper arm and internal vein groups. Conclusion Upper arm CV port implantation can provide safety and comfort benefits to clinicians and patients if performed following implantation procedures strictly.
