摘要 基于传统光干涉甲烷检测仪,可以根据干涉条纹的位移量判断甲烷气体的浓度是否存在危险,而快速、准确地提取干涉条纹的中心线便可降低测量误差提高准确度。在考虑到光源、检测环境等因素的基础上,通过现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)对图像进行预处理。首先对图像进行灰度化转换,并选用中值滤波对其进行降噪处理,然后进行二值化处理,最后选用骨架细化法提取条纹中心线。实验结果表明,该方法可有效实现对矿井中甲烷浓度检测精确度的提升,满足其实时性和准确性的要求。 Based on the traditional optical interference methane detector,it is possible to determine whether the concentration of methane gas is dangerous according to the displacement of the interference fringes,and to improve the accuracy of the measurement error by quickly and accurately extracting the center line of the interference fringes.Based on the factors such as the light source and the detection environment,the image is preprocessed by FPGA.The image is grayed out and the median filter is used to remove the noise.The binarization is carried out.Finally,the skeleton refinement method is used to extract the fringes center line.The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of methane concentration detection in mine,and meet the requirements of real-time and accuracy.
