摘要
设计并验证了由QSFP28(四通道小型可插拔封装)光模块构成的数据中心专用传输系统,通过使用PAM4(四阶脉冲幅度调制)信号调制方法使其能在超过80km的距离下支持4Tbit/s的传输速率。测试结果表明,该系统对于色散与非线性具有较好的冗余,当线路损耗为18dB时,所有通道仍然具有大于10%的冗余。该研究结果为高速数据中心中光模块应用奠定了一定的理论与实践基础。
QSFP28 optical transceiver application is first time demonstrated in data transmission of center for big data.By using PAM4 modulation technique,4 Tbit/s of data transmission rate can be achieved over a distance of 80 km.The testing results indicate that the data transmission system has good tolerance over chromatic dispersion and optical nonlinear effects.All channels margin is more than 10%,when the line loss is 18 dB.A new solution is provided in the high speed data center interconnection.
