摘要
有杆抽油井示功图的准确诊断识别 ,可以大大地提高油井产量和作业效率。将示功图数据由时域表示 ,经过傅氏级数变换转换到频域形式。通过对不同示功图傅氏系数的对比研究 ,找出了示功图形状、位置等与傅氏系数之间的关系。在此基础上按傅氏系数a0 、ai、bi三种情况分别建立实测和标准示功图之间欧氏距离的隶属函数关系式 ,结合模糊综合评判方法实现了有杆抽油井示功图快速准确的识别和分类 。
The Application to exact diagnostics of rod pumping systems can increase well production and work efficiency greatly. This paper transform dynamometer cards data into time-domain data, then these data were expressed in frequency-domain form by use of Fourier Series Transform. The relationship between coefficients of Fourier Series and dynamometer card forms were obtained, then the subjection function in fuzzy Theory were designed on the base of the Euclidean distance between field survey of dynamometer card and standard ones. With the use of fuzzy synthesis judgement method, this paper realized the recognition and classification of dynamometer cards quickly and exactly. Programs used for Windows system have been designed respectively.
