摘要
在对自动下料系统功能分析的基础上,研究采用PLC结合传感器检测技术、伺服系统和气动系统设计的基于PLC的液晶玻璃基板自动下料控制系统。实际生产表明:该控制系统可实现双工位自动下料,具有良好的稳定性,并且可以自适应多种型号的液晶玻璃基板自动下料。
On the basis of analyzing the function of automatic feeding system,PLC combined with sensor detection technology is studied.The automatic cutting control system of liquid crystal glass substrate based on PLC is designed by servo system and pneumatic system.The practical production shows that the control system can realize automatic cutting of liquid crystal glass at two stations and has good stability.And can adapt to various types of liquid crystal glass substrate automatic cutting.
