摘要
用多孔生物陶瓷膜做抗癌等药物载体,是一种新的投施药物方法。在治疗骨结核、骨肉瘤等方面有特殊的疗效。本文提出了药物通过多孔陶瓷膜渗透量、速度的测定方法。根据药物动力学理论,分析了药物通过多孔陶瓷膜渗透机理,同时指出影响药物渗透量、速度的主要因素,对临床更好地掌握投施药物量具有一定的指导意义。
Bioceramic film used as anticancer drug Carrier is a new material for sendingmedicine. This method has a special Curative effect on bone tuberculosis and osteo-genic sarcoma. In this paper,a quantitative analysis for the determination of thedrug infiltration rate through porous bioceramic film was presented. The drugquantity could be controled more accurately. Mechanism and the major factors thataffect infiltration rate and quantity were discussed.
