摘要
目的探讨闪光视觉诱发电位在轻中型颅脑损伤患者中的应用价值。方法轻型颅脑损伤(GCS 13~15分)、中型颅脑损伤(GCS 9~12分)共行闪光视觉诱发电位2 129次。结果共177例患者经闪光视觉诱发电位检测出颅压增高,经闪光视觉诱发电位检出颅压增高数值401次,其中轻度增高数值272次,中度增高数值85次,高度增高数值44次。结论闪光视觉诱发电位用于轻中型颅脑损伤患者既经济实惠、方便快捷,又可有利于临床治疗、判定预后,值得推广。
Objective To research the application value of flash visual evoked potentials in mild and moderate traumatic brain injury patients. Methods 2129 cases of flash visual evoked potential were monitored in patients with mild and moderate trau marie brain injury. Results 177 patients were found increased cranial pressure by flash visual evoked potential. 401 times of in- creased cranial pressure by the flash visual evoked potentials were recorded, including 272 times of mild increased cranial pressure, 85 times of moderate increased cranial pressure,and 44 times of highly increased cranial pressure. Conclusion The application of flash visual evoked potentials for mild and moderate traumatic brain injury patients are affordable, convenient and quick,also it can be used for clinical medication, estimating disease prognosis, and it is with certain value for popularization.
