摘要
目的研究经梅花针加白兰地酒叩刺配合针灸治疗男性型脱发的临床效果。方法选取100例男性型脱发患者作为研究对象,根据其自身意愿分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组采用梅花针加白兰地酒叩刺配合针灸治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(72.00%),复发率(2.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经梅花针加白兰地酒叩刺配合针灸治疗男性型脱发具有显著效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of plum blossom needle plus brandy tapping combined with acupuncture on male type alopeeia. Methods A total of 100 male patients with alopecia were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to their own wishes, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given acupuncture treatment. The observation group was treated with plum blossom needle and brandy with tapping acupuncture and moxibustion. The total effective rate and relapse rate of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate （96.00%） in observation group was higher than that in control group （72.00%）, and the recurrence rate was 2.00%, lower than that in control group （20.00%）. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The plum blossom plus brandy tapping with acupuncture treatment of male hair loss has a significant effect.
