摘要
目的对通络活血止痛汤(自拟)、西医联用治疗糖尿病足临床效果进行探讨。方法研究中对照组用西药治疗,观察组用通络活血止痛汤+西药治疗;将患者各项临床数据详细整理后作回顾性分析。结果治疗后观察组临床症状积分低、临床治疗效果高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者接受西药治疗的同时,给药通络活血止痛汤的效果更佳,可见患者各项临床症状显著改善,创面均明显愈合。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongluohuoxuezhitong decoction （self）, western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods In the study, the control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with Tongluohuoxuezhitong decoction ＋ western medicine. The clinical data of the patients were analyzed in detail. Results After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in the observation group were lower, the clinical treatment effect was high, there were differences compared with the control group, P 〈 0.5. Conclusion Diabetic foot patients receiving western medicine treatment at the same time, administration of Tongluohuoxuezhitong decoction has better results, showing significant improvement in clinical symptoms, wounds were significantly healed, with excellent clinical value.
