摘要
十九大报告中提出了一个关于社会治理的系统观点和相对完整的思想体系,包括指导思想、基本格局、体制制度、发展水平、机制任务及战略目标等六个重要方面。要全面推进社会治理现代化,必须发挥社会组织的作用,包括作为社会共治主体之一的作用,也包括社会组织在协商民主和基层党建中的积极作用。十九大报告提出了美好生活的价值观,其内涵包括超越资本主义、超越国家主义、回归人民中心和人的全面发展。社会治理现代化的最高理想和目标,就是努力实现美好生活的价值观,实现人民对美好生活的向往!
The report at 19th National Congress of CPC has proposed a systemic view of social governance model, which consists six parts, including introduction, structure, institution, development, mechanism and aim. It＇ s necessary for social organizations to promote good social governance. Besides the important role in social co- governance, social organizations can also strengthen socialist consultative democracy as well as Party＇ s leadership. There are three meanings of ＂a better social life＂ mentioned in the report. The first is to go beyond the capticalism. The second is to go beyond the nationalism and the last is to realize people＇ s all-round development. The final goal of good social governance is to realize the value of a better life and people＇ s yearning for a better life.
