摘要
利用声发射技术对比研究了Q345B钢桥式起重机箱形梁和同种金属结构材料实验室小试样的疲劳过程,采用双谱分析方法分析声发射信号,结果发现两种试样在疲劳失效过程中产生的声发射信号与疲劳断裂损伤状态存在对应关系,为采用声发射技术监测桥式起重机的安全状态奠定重要理论和技术基础。
In the paper, acoustic emission technique is used to compare the fatigue process of the Q345B steel box girder of bridge crane and the sample made of the same metal structural materials in laboratory, and bi-spectrum analysis method is used to analyze acoustic emission signals. The results show that there is a relation between the acoustic emission signals generated during thtigue failure and fatigue fracture damage of the two samples, which lays an important theoretical and technical foundation for monitoring the safety status of the bridge crane with acoustic emission technology.
