摘要
为响应国家节约能源和保护环境的要求,不少城市实施了燃煤小锅炉拆除工作,产生的供热缺口亟需寻找合适的替代热源。丰富的工业余热资源是燃煤小锅炉拆除后城镇供热首选的替代热源之一。本文介绍了某钢铁厂低品位余热应用于城市集中供热的实施案例,它集成了低真空供热技术、吸收式热泵技术、烟气余热回收技术等多种余热回收技术,充分回收了钢铁厂内耗散的余热资源。该案例成功实施后可新增供热能力189MW。项目在2016-2017年采暖季,为热网输送热量132.19万GJ,回收汽轮机乏汽余热和烧结环冷机烟气余热共计77.43万GJ,节能效果显著。
To respondto the national energy conservation and environmental protection requirements, many cities have removed a lot of coal -fired boilers. The shortage of heating sources is urgent to find a suitable alternative one. Abundant industrial waste heat resources areone of the first alternative heat sources for urban central heating. The article introduces an application case of low grade waste heat recovery in iron and steel industry for urban central heating. It integrates many technologies, such as low vacuum heating technology, absorption heat pump technology, flue gas waste heat recovery technology and so on, which can recover the waste heat in the steel plant.After successful implementation of the project, it provides additional heating capacity of 189MW. During the heating season of 2016[2017, the project delivers 1.3219x l06 GJ of heat to the urban heating net, recovers 7.743x 105GJ of waste heat from gas turbine and sinter-circle-cooling machine. The energy saving effect is remarkable.
